The A-Z of Suppliers was launched to give Guild Members access to trusted partners and a growing range of products and services, alongside preferential rates and exclusive benefits negotiated through the collective strength of The Guild’s network.
The list has continued to evolve, growing to 53 suppliers since its launch. Among the latest additions are Giraffe360, Sidekiq and GeoCale, each bringing specialist technology and expertise designed to help estate and letting agents improve efficiency, strengthen their marketing and generate more business.
The A-Z of Suppliers covers a broad range of services relevant to modern property businesses, from business management, compliance and financial services to lead generation, marketing, property technology and websites. Each supplier is selected to provide practical value to Guild Members, supporting The Guild’s wider focus on helping independent agents reduce costs, increase revenue and operate more efficiently.
Iain McKenzie, CEO of The Guild of Property Professionals, said: “When we launched the A-Z of Suppliers, we wanted to create a valuable resource that would give our Members access to trusted suppliers, while also using the collective strength of our network to secure preferential terms.
“To have grown to 53 suppliers in a relatively short space of time demonstrates both the appetite for this initiative and the breadth of solutions now available to estate and letting agents. Importantly, we are not standing still. We have more suppliers in the pipeline and will continue to look for partnerships that deliver genuine value to our Members.”
One of the latest suppliers to join the A-Z is Giraffe360, which provides property professionals with a complete suite of modern marketing assets from a single property visit. Using its award-winning 360 camera and AI-powered platform, agents can capture a property once and generate a comprehensive range of ready-to-use media. The technology also incorporates AI-powered tools including virtual staging, blue-sky replacement, object removal and privacy blurs. By bringing the creation of multiple marketing assets into a single capture and workflow, the platform can help agents reduce scheduling delays and get listings market-ready more quickly.
Also joining the A-Z is Sidekiq, an AI agency specialising in solutions built specifically for the estate agency sector. Its technology is designed to support agents across a range of business functions, from answering calls and converting leads to nurturing databases, collecting feedback and automating back-office tasks. The business also brings significant industry experience to its approach. Alistair Brown, Head of Estate Agency at Sidekiq, spent years as a Guild Member running his own agency and has 38 years’ experience in the property industry. That first-hand understanding of the day-to-day realities of estate agency helps shape the solutions Sidekiq develops, with its AI tools designed around the specific needs and workflows of property businesses.
GeoCale has also recently been added to the A-Z of Suppliers. GeoCale is a specialist digital marketing partner for residential estate and letting agents, helping them become more visible when local vendors and landlords are searching for an agent. At the heart of its service is Google Business Profile optimisation, helping agents improve their visibility across Google Search and Google Maps, and increase the chances of appearing when potential clients search for estate agents in their area. GeoCale also provides local search optimisation for AI search including full content implementation, review management, website optimisation and performance tracking. With more consumers now using AI-powered search alongside traditional Google search, GeoCale also helps agents adapt to the way people are increasingly discovering and choosing local businesses. The overall focus is simple, helping agents get found by more of the right people at the point they are looking for an estate agent, with the aim of generating more valuation enquiries and winning more instructions.
McKenzie added: “The property industry is evolving rapidly, particularly in areas such as AI, digital marketing and automation. Our role is to ensure that our Members have access to suppliers and solutions that can help them respond to those changes and identify new opportunities.
“The A-Z of Suppliers is about much more than simply compiling a directory. We are focused on building a network of trusted partners that can help our Members save time, reduce costs, generate additional revenue and improve the way they run their businesses. The continued growth of the A-Z, with more suppliers already in the pipeline, is an important part of our ongoing commitment to making Guild Membership increasingly valuable.”
By continuing to expand its supplier network, The Guild aims to provide independent estate and letting agents with access to an increasingly comprehensive range of specialist services and technology, while ensuring Members can benefit from the collective negotiating power of one of the UK’s leading property networks.
