As part of the acquisition, Keon and Emma have entrusted their business and property portfolio to Whitegates Huddersfield, ensuring clients will continue to receive the high levels of service they have come to expect.
The acquisition forms part of Chan and Kashmir’s long-term growth strategy, which has seen the business expand significantly through a combination of organic growth and carefully selected bolt-on acquisitions. Since becoming Whitegates Franchise Owners in 2012, they have consistently invested in strengthening their presence across West Yorkshire while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and operational excellence.
Harvey & Ryall’s portfolio will now be integrated into the established Whitegates operation, providing clients with access to an experienced team, enhanced marketing capabilities, robust compliance processes and the wider support of an estate agency franchise network.
